RiderClub Auto Pay Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in RiderClub Auto Pay, your RiderClub membership dues will be charged to your payment method on file and your membership will renew automatically each year for another one-year term unless you cancel. If you wish to cancel at any time prior to your membership expiration date, click here. Each year, we will send you a statement of your current services and renewal dues amount no less than 30 days prior to your membership expiration date. We will charge the dues shown on your statement on your membership expiration date from your payment method on file.
You agree that we may contact you at the phone number on file via a prerecorded voice message, auto-dialer, or text message in the event your RiderClub Auto Pay fails for any reason or in other circumstances related to RiderClub Auto Pay or your membership. You agree that we can store your payment information to process future payments, refunds or other adjustments. You may change or update your payment information on file at any time by contacting us by phone at 1-888-343-2335. If we are not able to charge your payment method on file, your enrollment in RiderClub Auto Pay and your membership may be cancelled.
If your card issuer participates in the Card Account Updater program, we may receive an updated card account number and/or expiration date for your card on file. Unless you opt out of the program with your card issuer, we may update our files and use the new information for RiderClub Auto Pay. We will not receive updated information if your account has been closed.
Roadside Assistance Information:
- No Service Call Limits: Every time you reach out for help, we'll provide coverage up to $150 or $300, tailored to your membership tier.
- No Mileage Limits: Enjoy unlimited mileage with your Roadside Assistance Membership.
- Equipment: We're equipped with the right tools to help you. Never worry about the wrong kind of truck arriving to assist you.
- Lost Key Reimbursement: Up to $50 for emergency keys if 100+ miles from home.
- Emergency Trip Interruption: Up to $250 for accident-related expenses 100+ miles from home.
- Cancellation Policy: Pro-rated refund (less $10 fee) if your RiderClub Roadside Assistance membership canceled before expiration.
- Sharing Policy: Membership is non-transferable, but you do get a +1 on your membership.
- Change of Vehicles: You can switch covered motorcycles or automobiles; unregistered bikes/automobiles may require proof of ownership.
Basic Membership does not include Roadside Assistance.
Membership Disclaimer:
- Introductory Rate: The introductory rate is available for new first-time members only. After the initial term, the customer is subject to the Regular Price.
- Additional Disclaimer: All RiderClub membership applications and renewals are subject to approval and acceptance by RiderClub, LLC.
- RiderClub, LLC reserves the right to modify membership benefits, promotions, and special offers without prior notice.
- Some benefits, products, and services may not be available to residents in certain states or outside the U.S., and certain restrictions may apply.
- Membership fees are non-refundable. Your annual membership includes the convenience of automatic renewal at the prevailing rate at the time of renewal. - Sales tax on memberships may be applicable in certain states.
- Offers are not retroactive.
